Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This individual will support customers by providing product recommendations, preparing quotations, processing orders, and assisting with technical sales support in the electro-mechanical industry.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in traffic
  • Prepare quotations for motors, pumps, controls, bearings, drives, and related products
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Work closely with outside sales representatives and service departments
  • Assist customers with product selection and application support
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for pricing and availability
  • Follow up on open quotes and customer opportunities
  • Support inventory and counter sales operations as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Experience in the electro-mechanical, industrial, electrical, or automation industry is strongly preferred
