  • Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Terminate both equipment and cable/wiring.
  • Read blueprints, estimate and determine scope of work, and order the correct materials.
  • Assemble and install electrical equipment, conduit, and systems.
  • Install, troubleshoot, and commission variable frequency drives (VFDs).
  • Install and service EV charging equipment and infrastructure.
  • Assist in estimating projects including material take-offs, labor, and time requirements.
  • Train and lead apprentice electricians on NEC code application and field practices.
  • Supervise apprentices to ensure timely and accurate job completion.
  • Apply NFPA 70E safety guidelines consistently in the field.
  • Maintain strong customer service and relationships, identifying new service opportunities.
  • Travel as needed to other job sites and remote locations.
  • Comply with all company and industry safety procedures.

WORK CONDITIONS:
  • Must be able to work safely in all environments and weather conditions.
  • Ability to work from elevated platforms and operate heavy equipment (scissor lifts, aerial lifts, backhoe, etc.).
  • Ability to bend and cut conduit using hand and power tools.
  • Capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 60 lbs.

Why Winn-Marion?
  • We offer competitive pay, relocation support, and a comprehensive benefits package:
  • 27+ days PTO annually (vacation, sick, holidays, birthday, floating holiday).

  • FSA amp; HSA Options.
  • 401(k) with company match.

  • Employee Assistance Program.
  • Company Truck amp; Fuel Card (with approved MVR).
