We are looking to hire a dedicated Training & Safety Compliance Coordinator to join our team who will support our Quality Department.

Reports to: Quality Assurance Manager FSLA: Full Time-Non-Exempt Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain Training Program (add and remove personnel, maintain and update records/files).
  • Assess requirements for new training courses that may be needed or required.
  • Create customized courses as required.
  • Ensure assigned training in MyFAA is being completed as required.
  • Ensure onboarding training and in-person classes are given in a timely fashion and documented.
  • Perform safety inspections (OSHA compliance, fire station checks, personal protection equipment (PPE), etc.)
  • Maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all chemicals used in house.
  • Manage emergency procedures, and coordinate with the local fire department when required.
  • Schedule respirator fit test and eye exams as needed.
  • Manage Safety Management System (SMS)
  • Other duties that may be delegated or assigned.

Knowledge of OSHA Requirements

Physical Requirements

Sit for approximately 5-6 hours in a day

Stand for approximately 1-2 hours

May have to lift up to 20lbs

Position is in office environment
