About the Role

The Operations Manager at our Louisville facility oversees daily operations for one or more assigned production areas, ensuring that all output meets established schedules, safety standards, and quality goals. This on-site leadership role is responsible for managing a skilled team that operates production machinery, assembles products, performs quality checks, and prepares goods for shipment.

You'll collaborate closely with R&D, product development and engineering, facilities management, maintenance, and customer service teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals surrounding safety, efficiency, quality, and profitability. This position is ideal for an experienced manufacturing leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and is motivated by continuous improvement and team development.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee daily production operations to meet delivery, quality, and cost objectives.

  • Manage and develop a team responsible for machine assembly, quality control, and packaging.

  • Ensure proper staffing levels, training readiness, and inventory availability to meet production demand.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, maintenance, R&D, and customer service to resolve issues and drive improvement.

  • Monitor production data and metrics to identify opportunities for efficiency gains or cost reduction.
