  • Nurture Key Relationships:Drive regular monthly or quarterly check-in calls with existing clients tomonitorsystem health, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Strategic Communication:Act as the dedicated, non-technical point of contact for client escalations, broad product announcements, and operational updates.
  • Bridge the Gap:Translate complex client business requirements into actionable insights for our development and product teams.
  • Product Demos & Training (20%)
  • Conduct Compelling Demos:Lead engaging, tailored product demonstrations for high-value prospects and existing clients looking to expand their usage.
  • Empower Users:Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions fornew usersand continuous education on advanced system features.

Required Experience

  • Experience:3-5+ years of experience in Software Implementation, Technical Project Management, or Client Success within the B2B SaaS space.
  • Technical Aptitude:Must have a high comfort levellearningproprietary, complex, legacy systems (e.g., understanding database relationships) with some query languageproficiency.
  • Communication Mastery:Exceptional presentation and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explainhighly complexsoftware concepts in simple terms.
  • Client support:Adept at analyzing and interpreting client needs & offering appropriate solutions.
