Job Description:
  • Handle multiple initiatives, projects, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining a consistent standard of quality
  • Working as a project manager on small to medium projects, gather requirements, identify project risks and keep the project documentation updated
  • Eliciting and documenting requirements from end users and working on project documentations
  • compiling and distributing project information, status reports, tracking project resources and project budget expenditures
  • Testing applications to ensure user requirements are met
  • monitoring project requirements, resources, and status
  • interpreting and communicating effectively on complex management concepts, both verbally and in writing
  • coordinating project activities with other state agencies, governmental jurisdictions, or private sector partners and contractors
  • providing excellent and courteous customer service both internally and externally.
  • Writing user documentation
  • Schedule and conduct scrum Meetings (such as daily standups, planning and retrospective meetings)
  • Experience with working on QAT projects and documentation
