Job description

Title: ASB Dome - Field Crew Staff

Department:  ASB Sports Complex

Reports to:  ASB Sports Complex Director and Assistant Directors 

Job Summary:  Employees play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the ASB Sports Complex by assisting with equipment setup and teardown in the facility for scheduled events. Events include recreational leagues, tournaments along with competitive high school and collegiate competitions. 

Summary of Essential Job Functions:  Work hours will vary based on facility schedule, but will include mostly evenings and weekends.

  • Setup and tear down field equipment
  • Assist with equipment repair and maintenance
  • Assist with turf maintenance and cleaning
  • Cleaning duties including trash removal, sweeping, vacuuming
  • Other duties, as assigned

Abilities Required:  

  • A willingness to learn and be flexible
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Some mechanical skills desired, but not required
  • Dependability
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
