Position Summary
This is an Exercise Intelligence Planner position at the Regional Simulation Center, National Simulation Center, Fort Leavenworth, KS in support of the National Simulation Center (NSC) Support Operations (SO) task order under MTCCS II IDIQ. Trideum is seeking best qualified individuals for its upcoming bid in support of this task order. Expected and start work date is May 11th, 2026.
What You'll Do
  • Provides support for simulation systems used in support of individual and collective training at the company through Corps level
  • Participates in planning and implementation of training programs, practices and procedures; and configuration requirements definition, analysis, design, system integration, and performance analysis for intelligence simulation systems fielded to the site
  • Manages a team of scenario developers, subject matter experts (SME), and systems engineers to analyze job tasks, develop new and revise existing training content, and implement revised content based on changes to the system; tactics, techniques, and procedures; and concept of operations
  • Ensures the Battlespace Simulation integration into the respective sites operations.
  • This position requires travel not to exceed 50%

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 yrs. experience within the past 5 years, planning simulation exercise architectures, supervising implementation of communication systems, and integrating Army MCIS in support of distributed exercises
  • 3 yrs. experience in IT management
  • 3 yrs. hands-on experience with constructive simulation systems used in military training environments, such as JLCCTC or IWETPT
  • 3 yrs. experience and proficiency in intelligence analysis tools and software
  • Familiarity with JLCCTC and WIM or IEWTPT
  • Support SECRET RELEASABLE [variable], SECRET, TS SCI, WIM and UE components
  • Familiar with Activity reports for JLCCTC UE components including activities SW updates, installation of patches, installation of IAVA, and execution of IA scans
  • Knowledge and understanding in providing CSSM for UE to monitor, operate, and oversee GSC JLCCTC RM, TCSP, and any other cross-domain security devices that function with SECRET and TS SCI classification
  • Possess a TS/SCI Security Clearance
  • Be a US Citizen
