Job description
In this role, you will:
- Support the development, delivery, and maintenance of clinical education and training programs
- Assist with onboarding, orientation, and ongoing education for clinical staff
- Identify training needs and support development initiatives across clinical teams
- Maintain educational materials, resources, and training content
- Support competency assessment, validation, and documentation processes
- Assist with compliance readiness related to regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards
- Partner with clinical, operational, and quality teams to support patient care and quality initiatives
- Provide education and guidance related to clinical best practices, policies, and procedures
- Maintain training, competency, and compliance records
- Track and communicate training outcomes, trends, and follow-up needs
- Assist with updates to policies, procedures, workflows, and educational content
- Serve as a resource to staff and leaders regarding training, competency, and clinical processes
- Participate in meetings, committees, audits, surveys, and organizational initiatives as assigned
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and professional development
- Registered Nurse required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing required
- 3+ years home health nursing experience required
- Knowledge of OASIS, CMS regulations, and home health reimbursement required
- 3+ years of experience in staff education, precepting, training, or clinical leadership strongly preferred
- Master of Science in Nursing preferred
