This individual will support all facets of incentive compensation strategy and design - including designing, modeling, goal setting, analysis, and communicating incentive compensation for our internal and external Group Sales Distribution team.

You Are
  • A naturally curious, data-driven thinker who enjoys uncovering insights and translating complex analysis into clear, actionable stories
  • A proactive self-starter with a strong sense of ownership who thrives working independently while knowing when to collaborate
  • Detail-oriented and process-minded, with a commitment to accuracy, integrity, and high-quality deliverables
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Tech-forward and adaptable, with enthusiasm for leveraging AI-powered tools to work smarter and more efficiently
  • A thoughtful communicator who values partnership, professionalism, and responsive stakeholder support
  • Motivated by continuous learning and improvement, with a "can-do" mindset and solution-oriented approach
You Will
  • Efficiently leverage data from multiple sources using advanced tools and techniques including Microsoft Copilot and Excel to produce highly accurate analytical results with minimal guidance.
  • Use data driven insights to build presentations that tell a story that internal stakeholders can easily understand.
  • Actively engage in the design, tracking, analysis, and communication of annual incentive plans and broker compensation programs that motivate our distribution and brokers to achieve/exceed their sales and retention goals.
  • Assist in the development, review, and distribution of detailed compensation plan documents for various incentive-based roles in partnership with HR and legal team.
  • Support the annual sales planning process by building workbooks that clearly communicate information to aid our sales partners in setting goals and maintain data integrity throughout the goal setting process.
  • Assist in the data collection and analysis of compensation information for benchmarking Guardian compensation plans.
  • Aid in the creative design of new rewards programs to drive sales results in alignment with Guardian's strategic objectives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of procedures, processes, and controls, utilizing Microsoft Copilot for drafting, standardizing, and updating documentation efficiently.
  • Effectively manage competing priorities, delivering output within established deadlines, and quickly pivoting as dictated by business needs.
  • Respond to inquiries from our internal distribution customers in a timely and professional manner, enhancing customer experience through personalized and efficient communication.
  • Assist in supporting adhoc projects and initiatives as needed by the business.
You Have
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of equivalent work experience.
  • A strong analytical background, including the ability to analyze compensation programs and data, identify anomalies and trends, and leverage AI-powered tools and insights.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and proficiency in Microsoft Copilot for automating tasks, generating reports, and supporting data analysis.
  • Experience in incentive compensation within a sales environment and/or a solid understanding of compensation design is a plus.
  • A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently with minimal direction, while proactively utilizing Guardian resources to enhance productivity and decision-making.
  • Strong organizational skills, responsiveness to deadlines, and meticulous attention to detail are critical.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and make decisions using sound judgment.
  • Comfort thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with adaptability to embrace emerging technologies.
