Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all service department operations and daily performance.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and develop service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
  • Drive profitability while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and improve departmental KPIs, including labor sales, technician productivity, effective labor rate, and customer retention.
  • Ensure disciplined execution of dealership and manufacturer processes.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with dealership leadership to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency.
  • Maintain compliance with all manufacturer standards and company policies.
QualificationsRequired
  • Previous experience as a Service Manager, Fixed Operations Manager, Assistant Service Manager, or similar dealership leadership role.
