Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Callidus ICM / Commissions Consultant to support SAP Callidus Commissions implementation and configuration activities. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SAP Callidus, Incentive Compensation Management (ICM), commission configuration, SQL, database design, workflow, and SDLC processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure applications within the SAP Callidus platform based on business and technical requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into appropriate SAP CallidICM processes and solutions.
  • Design and configure Workflow User Interfaces.
  • Configure and maintain compensation rules and underlying attribute mappings.
  • Work hands-on with Callidus Commissions, SQL, and database table design.
  • Apply knowledge of SAP Commissions backend database tables.
  • Own assigned deliverables throughout various phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to requirements gathering, solution design, and technical documentation.
  • Configure applications according to approved design specifications.
  • Provide SIT and UAT support for assigned deliverables.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and configuration issues.
  • Apply knowledge of Sales Performance Management (SPM) and Incentive Compensation concepts and best practices.
  • Work closely with clients, project leaders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, leadership, and project team members.
  • Follow established Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
  • Respond promptly to customer requests and project priorities.
  • Share technical knowledge and best practices with team members.
