1. SAP Callidus Configuration & Development Expertise - Advanced skills in creating and maintaining compensation rules, building and optimizing compensation plans, and customizing system configurations for complex business needs.
2. Data Integration & Management - Experience integrating data between SAP Callidus and landing pad databases, consuming and exposing APIs for seamless system interoperability.
3. Automation Scripting - Proficiency in UNIX shell scripting for automating recurring tasks, improving process efficiency, and reducing manual intervention.
4. Agent Lifecycle Management (ALM) - Skilled in managing the end-to-end agent lifecycle, including version control, hierarchy management, database sync process
