$150,000 – $300,000+

Aligned Talent Acquisition is continually seeking experienced Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Associate Attorneys for opportunities with Am Law 100, Am Law 200, regional, and boutique law firms throughout Ohio, including Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton, and Toledo.

If you have experience advising employers, private equity sponsors, or public companies on employee benefits, executive compensation, and ERISA matters, I'd love to connect.

Ideal Background

2–8 years of employee benefits, executive compensation, or ERISA experience

• Experience advising clients regarding qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, executive compensation arrangements, and deferred compensation

• Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions from an employee benefits perspective

• Experience with ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, HIPAA, COBRA, ACA, and related regulatory matters

• Experience drafting incentive plans, employment agreements, equity compensation arrangements, and executive compensation documents

• Strong drafting, analytical, and client counseling skills

• Excellent academic credentials

LL.M. in Taxation is a plus but not required

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Ohio bar admission required or ability to become admitted
