Job description

The Compensation Intern supports the Compensation and Total Rewards team through data analysis, market research, reporting, and administrative activities. This role provides hands-on exposure to compensation programs, salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and HR analytics while helping ensure accurate and competitive pay practices across the organization.
Major Responsibilities
  • Assist with compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, and market pricing activities.
  • Compile, analyze, and report on compensation and workforce data to support business decisions.
  • Support job evaluations, job description reviews, and compensation-related projects.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets for compensation planning and reporting.
  • Maintain compensation data, records, and documentation while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
