• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and ensuring all assessments are thorough and aligned with best practices.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual client goals, drawing from the latest therapeutic methodologies and techniques.
• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling that is responsive to the varied needs of clients, utilizing a range of therapeutic interventions appropriate for issues such as depression, anxiety, and trauma.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to enhance the quality of care, ensuring that all aspects of clients' mental health are addressed holistically.
• Maintain accurate and secure client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, safeguarding client confidentiality at all times.
• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision, case conferences, and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay current within the field.

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida is mandatory.
• A Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• A strong foundation in conducting both individual and group therapy, with a proven track record of positive therapeutic outcomes.
• Thorough proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques pertinent to diverse mental health scenarios.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport with clients while being sensitive to their diverse backgrounds and experiences.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective interaction with clients, their families, and colleagues.
• A commitment to ethical practice and protection of client confidentiality is vital.

• Experience in a remote counseling or telehealth setting is a plus.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, allowing for streamlined documentation and client engagement.
• Specialization or certification in specific areas such as trauma-informed care, addiction counseling, or children and adolescent mental health is highly regarded.
