Stockroom Clerk, Senior
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're seeking a Stockroom Clerk, Senior to organize and maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies that support plant maintenance, janitorial, and safety programs. This role helps keep operations running by managing stockroom inventory, supporting purchasing activity, maintaining accurate records, and issuing parts to internal customers. WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Organize, monitor, and maintain stockroom inventory to support maintenance, janitorial, and safety needs.
  • Obtain and compare vendor quotes, follow up on purchase orders, and track order status.
  • Receive incoming parts and supplies and maintain accurate computer-based logs and records.
  • Complete ongoing cycle counts to help ensure inventory accuracy and completeness.
  • Issue spare parts to internal customers and maintain usage logs.
  • Identify inventory issues or irregularities early and help resolve them promptly.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • Up to 18 months of post-high school education from an accredited vocational, technical, or junior college, or equivalent related training.
  • 0-2 years of relevant inventory, stockroom, shipping/receiving, or purchasing support experience.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory concepts and techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of purchasing processes, shipping, and receiving.
  • Experience using computer-based inventory control systems or similar recordkeeping tools.
  • Ability to identify problems or irregularities early and support timely resolution.
  • Ability to interact effectively with employees and internal customers.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with a strong focus on quality and customer service.
The Schedule & Setting
  • This is an on-site role based in Conyers, Georgia.
  • The position supports plant operations and works closely with maintenance and internal teams.
  • Work takes place in a stockroom and general business/plant environment.
  • The role may require regular movement throughout the facility and handling inventory and supplies.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required.
  • Specific shift, overtime, weekend, and holiday expectations can be confirmed during the hiring process.
