About the Role

The Events & Community Relations Coordinator supports Pinkbox Doughnuts and Siegel Cares through event coordination, community outreach, customer engagement, and administrative support. This position plays an active role in coordinating and working onsite at Pinkbox Doughnuts events, including Doughnut Truck events, Community Table events, Allegiant Stadium/Kiosk events, promotional activations, and community outreach initiatives.

This role requires excellent communication, strong customer service skills, organization, professionalism, and the ability to work both in-office and in fast-paced event environments. The ideal candidate is energetic, dependable, team-oriented, and passionate about creating positive guest and community experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Event Coordination & Customer Support

  • Coordinate and actively support Pinkbox Doughnuts events, including:
    • Doughnut Truck events
    • Community Table events
    • Allegiant Stadium/Kiosk events
    • Promotional and community activations
  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, logistics, scheduling, transportation, inventory, and event preparation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive guest interactions during all events and activations.
  • Professionally communicate with guests, vendors, community partners, team members, and leadership.
  • Support event sales efforts through outreach, partnerships, repeat business, and community engagement opportunities.
  • Prepare and organize event paperwork and post-event summaries.
  • Help monitor event inventory, supply needs, expenses, and sales reporting.
  • Ensure all events follow company branding, operational, and food safety standards.

Community Engagement & Outreach

  • Support Siegel Cares community outreach programs and resident engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with coordinating volunteer opportunities, donation drives, appreciation events, resource fairs, and charitable partnerships.
  • Help connect residents and community members with local resources and support services.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with nonprofit organizations, vendors, community leaders, and local partners.
  • Travel locally and out of state as needed to support community events and outreach initiatives.
  • Collaborate with property management and operations teams to support resident-focused activities and programs.
  • Assist with Siegel Cares resource room activities and community event coordination.

Administrative & In-Office Support

  • Perform in-office administrative duties related to event planning, scheduling, outreach coordination, and community engagement.
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions, event bookings, outreach contacts, and community partnerships.
  • Assist with identifying new partnerships and event opportunities.
  • Represent the company professionally and positively in all internal and external interactions.

Compensation
