Job Description/Responsibilities

  • To create great relationships with our guests in a friendly, personable manner
  • Accurately take orders and communicate effectively with guests
  • Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Perform opening and closing duties as required
  • Communicate effectively with co-workers, kitchen and management team

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years serving experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to exceed guest expectations
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Maintain a professional appearance
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers
  • A strong work ethic with a willingness to take initiative for our guests
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
