Monday โ€“ Friday, 8:30 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM
Schedule may vary based on agency, staff, and client needs. Some evenings, weekends, and on-call responsibilities are required.
Overview:
Boys & Girls Haven is seeking a full-time Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical leadership, supervision, and consultation across residential and independent living programs. This role supports the quality, consistency, and compliance of therapeutic services while providing supervision to therapists, Community Support Associates, interns, and other clinical team members.
Position Description:
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supporting clinical program oversight, staff development, documentation compliance, and multidisciplinary treatment coordination. This position provides clinical supervision and consultation, facilitates clinical team meetings and treatment reviews, and helps ensure services are aligned with agency standards, licensing requirements, accreditation expectations, and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision to therapists, Community Support Associates, interns, and other assigned clinical staff
- Serve as a clinical consultant regarding treatment planning, client needs, and therapeutic interventions
- Facilitate clinical team meetings and multidisciplinary treatment reviews
- Support oversight of therapeutic services across residential, supervised-independent living, and independent living programs
- Monitor clinical documentation and mental health records for timeliness, quality, and compliance
- Support staff development through coaching, consultation, and training
- Assist with program development, quality improvement, and accreditation-related activities
- Collaborate with leadership, therapists, coordinators, residential staff, educational staff, and psychiatric providers
- Provide clinical services as assigned to support program needs across residential and independent living programs
- Participate in clinical on-call responsibilities, including rotating weekend on-call and caseload-related evening support
Qualifications:
- Masterโ€™s degree in a human services field required
- Independent Kentucky licensure required; licensure may include LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT
- Must meet Qualified Mental Health Professional requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years of therapy experience with children required
- Demonstrated clinical leadership, supervision, and organizational skills
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary treatment model preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to support clinical documentation, compliance, and quality improvement expectations
- Proficiency with electronic health records and standard office technology
- Valid driverโ€™s license and insurable driving record
- Must be at least 21 years of age
