Job Overview
As a Merchandising Colleague - also known as a Front of House Colleague - you'll play a critical role in delivering a seamless, inspiring in-store experience. You will be responsible for executing merchandise movement and placement strategies, enhancing the visual appeal of the sales floor, maintaining well-organized and shoppable displays, and ensuring that pricing and promotional signage is accurate and up to date.
Your attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence will directly impact our customers' experience. You'll be a visible and welcoming presence on the floor, greeting customers with genuine hospitality and offering assistance to ensure they feel seen, supported, and valued.
Collaboration is key to this role. You'll work closely with colleagues across departments to meet shared goals, support sales, and contribute to a culture of hospitality, positivity and making every customer feel welcome by greeting them with a smile and offering your help whenever needed.

Our colleagues begin each day energized and ready to make an impact. They wear their name badge with pride, greet teammates with a warm hello, and help ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers. They support visual merchandising by updating mannequins, resetting floor layouts, and aligning presentation with company directives - setting the tone for an impactful shopping experience
On the floor, they focus on the customer - offering a warm welcome, making eye contact, and creating friendly, personal conversations actively listen to their needs, and provide thoughtful assistance to create customer relationships to bring the customers back.
Throughout the day, they maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, replenishing merchandise, and supporting any needed merchandise moves.
They always Finish Strong - sharing our Loyalty program benefits, making sure customers have all they need, and ending with a sincere thank-you. They collaborate with the team to tie up loose ends - reorganizing the department, restocking merchandise, and preparing the space for a successful tomorrow.

Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week. All schedules contain weekend shifts as part of the requirements. Hours are dependent on business needs and colleague availability.   • Able to learn about products in the store and be able to give expert guidance to customers based on their wants, features, and choices
  • Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits
  • Effectively use point-of-sale technology and digital tools to streamline transactions and enhance the shopping experience
  • Work seamlessly with colleagues at all levels and across departments to drive sales and elevate the customer experience
  • Meeting daily sales goal challenges

Essential Physical Requirements You Will Perform
  • This position requires talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands
  • Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting up to 50lbs., stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders, reaching, including above eye level
  • Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
  • Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
