What We're Looking For
Comfort working on roofs in all weather conditions heat, cold, wind, and everything in between

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical, hands-on work
Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
Previous construction, electrical, or roofing experience is a plus but not required
