In this role, you will answer, respond to, and meet the needs of all incoming customer service calls by handling these calls in a professional, efficient, effective and timely manner ensuring Convergint becomes the customers’ first choice for service. What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience”

  • Answer, respond to, and meet the needs of all incoming customer service calls by handling these calls in a professional, efficient, effective and timely manner ensuring Convergint becomes the customers’ first choice for service.
  • Provide co-ordination of service with technicians, sub-contractors and customers within designated CTC location.
  • May act as a lead, coordinating the work of others, but not a supervisor.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

What You’ll Need

  • Exceptional telephone and personal customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills.
  • Strong financial knowledge and skills—ability to understand financials such as accounts receivable/payable, purchase orders, work orders, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent ability to facilitate a collaborative working environment for customers and team members.

Requirements:

Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience

Minimum Experience: 3-5 years call center, dispatch, or administrative experience

Preferred Experience: (but not required):  

  • Experience in construction industry, automation, or similar environment

The anticipated compensation of this position is $30 - $35 per hour.
