Job description

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Service Coordinators are the first stop for residents in need of maintenance in their homes. They are highly organized individuals with an ability to multi-task in a busy environment. They have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to provide unparalleled customer service under all circumstances.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
  • Coordinate incoming service requests
  • Manage work order process for all resident requests, apartment turnovers, scheduled maintenance and after-hours emergencies
  • Communicate with vendors regarding scheduled work
  • Ensure Service Technician work hours are documented per internal quality control standards
  • Encourage and build positive relationships with team members, customers, and vendors
  • Provide high levels of service to all customers and team members
  • Demonstrate behaviors that cultivate a positive work culture
  • Contribute to community/company engagement efforts
  • Perform other duties as assigned by manager and/or supervisor
JOB KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
  • Superb customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to keep neat and accurate records
  • Capacity to understand and follow directions
  • Competence with technology including Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year of experience in clerical/data entry and office environment
