The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:
$112,600.00 - $169,000.00
Purpose Statement: Lead a team of PMs in managing multiple large, highly complex programs, a sector, or one very large strategic program.
Key Job Accountabilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of Program Managers and hold them accountable for the performance of their Customer Focus Teams including understanding of overall program contract(s)/goals.
  • Establish governance and lead strategic planning, forecasting for customer programs in collaboration with CM/CD and Finance. Hold PMs accountable for delivery on delivery commitments within cost parameters and work with PMs to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Set the bar, establish cNPS goals and hold PM Team accountable to drive customer satisfaction improvement activities, including implementing best practices and role modelling the Plexus' 5Es and Core Values
  • Set the bar and drive PM accountability in respect creating a culture of QBWM and Continuous Improvement in their CFTs
  • Lead cost-side financial success of customer program portfolio. Set cost and financial performance goals and hold PMs accountable for delivery to those goals.
  • Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values. Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.

Education/Experience Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 5 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.

  • Intermediate Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Employee must be assertive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Must be able to problem solve, prioritize and have the ability to multitask and continuously improve processes and capabilities.
  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication, organizational and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to discern the alignment of customer requests and actions against contractual stipulations and accepted business conditions.
  • Create presentations, documents, etc. for management and customers to effectively communicate business problems and solutions.
  • Must demonstrate management skills as defined by company leadership development.
  • Familiarity with financial metrics and levers that drive the metrics; ability to develop and implement improvement actions.
  • Ability to learn the operating facets of the Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry.
  • A working knowledge of MRP systems is required.
  • Experience with Microsoft office or Google Workspace is beneficial.
  • General office equipment and materials.
