Alsana is a national leader in eating disorder treatment, offering a holistic, soul-hearted approach to recovery for adults and adolescents of all genders.

We exist to be a source of hope and healing, creating safe, nurturing spaces where individuals can cultivate the roots of their own recovery story.

As the Program Coordinator at Alsana, you will manage the operations of a specific program, including direct care staffing, milieu management, and client scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Works closely with the Program Director to manage clinical issues that affect the milieu and assists in implementing corrective actions.
  • Provides continuity and serves as liaison between treatment team, clients, and direct care staff
  • Coordinates admissions/transitions to program, working closely with Director of Clinical Services and intake team
  • Oversees client housing and ensures client safety and cleanliness.
  • Complies with all standards established by the Department of Mental Health and any other agency accrediting the organization.
  • Maintains collaborative peer relationships and demonstrates courtesy and respect of others.
  • Qualifications:
  • Prior supervisory experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology or in a relevant health related field.
  • Experience with eating disorders or in the behavioral health industry, preferred.
  • Must have current CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
