Job Duties
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Duties for this position take place at 727 Wabash Ave, Terre Haute, IN 47807 and include:
  • Assist with implementing education department events. (Learning Labs, Tot Time, Baby Explorer, Hands on Science, ect.)
  • Assist with holiday activities and events.
  • Teach lessons and basic lab experiments each week.
  • Assist with planning lessons and activities for various events.
  • Create a safe and engaging atmosphere for children.
  • Possess appropriate behavior management of children.
  • Occasionally assist with supervising and managing volunteers.
  • Be able to be a PlayGuide when needed on the museum floor.
  • Be able to work most weekends and school breaks.
