At Acts Housing, we believe every family deserves the opportunity to achieve homeownership. As our Community Partnerships Manager, you'll play a key role in connecting more families to that opportunity by building strategic partnerships, leading community outreach, and creating a seamless path for families to access our programs.
This is an opportunity to build something new. You will help shape our Family Access and Community Partnerships function, develop outreach strategies and program tools, supervise staff, and collaborate across the organization to improve family outcomes and expand our impact.
What You'll Do
  • Lead community partnership and Family Access initiatives that increase awareness and expand access to Acts Housing’s Homebuyer Coaching and Education programs
  • Build and strengthen relationships with nonprofit organizations, financial institutions, employers, government agencies, faith communities, and other community partners
  • Develop outreach strategies, partnership resources, and engagement plans that generate qualified family referrals
  • Collaborate with Family Access, Family Success, Marketing, Fundraising, and other teams to create a seamless experience for families
  • Supervise staff, establish performance metrics, and use data to improve outreach and partnership effectiveness
  • Represent Acts Housing through community presentations, networking events, coalition meetings, and outreach activities
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Five to seven years of experience in community engagement, partnership development, nonprofit programs, housing, or a related field
  • Experience building strategic partnerships, leading projects, and supervising staff
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Preferred: Experience with affordable housing, homeownership programs, grants, or Salesforce CRM
