You're leading a branch with a reputation behind it. Ferguson has been moving families and businesses since 1916. You're not starting from zero. You're building on a trusted name with strong systems, support, and a team that cares.

You have real ownership. You'll have the opportunity to influence how the Victoria branch operates, improve performance, develop people, and make decisions that directly impact the success of the business.

You're a leader, not just a manager. The best Branch Operations Managers at Ferguson are visible and approachable

You're supported by a growing company. Work closely with Head Office providing support in HR, Marketing, Finance and Sales, together with our BC, Alberta, and Ontario branches as Ferguson continues to expand nationally.

  • Help identify opportunities to build relationships within the local market

  • Deliver branch-level training and coaching to maintain Ferguson's service standards
  • Foster a positive, high-performance team culture

Operations & Reporting

  • Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and operational standards

Leadership

  • Mentor the Operations Team Lead and coach crews
  • Act as the escalation point for complex customer issues or claims

Customer Experience

  • Champion "The Ferguson Way" by ensuring every move is professional, caring, and stress-free

You're Probably Our Person If

  • You're a hands-on leader who enjoys being close to the work and the people doing it
  • You have at least 2 years of leadership or management experience in a service-based industry
  • You've managed teams in operations, logistics, transportation, hospitality, construction, moving, or another home service-based industry
  • You know how to motivate people while holding high standards
  • You're organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing competing priorities
  • You're a natural problem solver who stays calm when things get busy
  • You care deeply about customer experience and the reputation your team creates
  • You're someone who sees a challenge and thinks, "How can we make this better?"

Moving industry experience is a strong asset, but leadership ability, initiative, and attitude matter most.

What You'll Earn

Base Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year

Additional opportunities:

  • Performance-based bonus opportunities tied to individual and branch success
  • Health Spending Account
  • Career growth opportunities as Ferguson continues expanding

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to directly impact the success of a growing branch
  • A supportive leadership team that values initiative and collaboration
  • Tools, systems, and resources to help you succeed
  • Opportunities for career advancement as Ferguson expands nationally

What Success Looks Like

  • Build and lead an engaged, high-performing branch team.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
