Community Manager

Location: - On-site | Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week

Madison Communities is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Community Manager to lead and inspire our on-site team. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of community operations, driving resident satisfaction, and ensuring the success of the property. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead & Inspire: Manage and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service and create a thriving, engaged community.
  • Drive Performance: Oversee all community operations, ensuring the property meets and exceeds financial and occupancy goals while adhering to budgetary guidelines.
  • Build a Winning Team: Recruit, hire, train, and coach staff, fostering a culture of excellence through performance feedback, recognition, and professional development.
  • Deliver a Five-Star Experience: Ensure top-tier customer service for residents, prospects, owners, and investors through outstanding communication and community engagement.
  • Optimize Property Success: Conduct property walk-throughs, ensure apartment homes are show-ready, and drive leasing activities (35% of the role).
  • Maximize Marketing & Leasing Efforts: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, analyze market trends, and adjust pricing strategies to maintain occupancy goals.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage budgets, oversee contracts and capital projects, and ensure seamless day-to-day property operations.

What You Bring:

  • Proven Leadership: 3+ years of experience in property management with successful supervisory experience.
  • Luxury Lease-Up Experience: Preferred background in managing Luxury Class A properties and new lease-ups.
  • Marketing & Sales Expertise: Strong ability to promote the community, drive leasing activity, and build strong resident relationships.
  • Financial Acumen: Ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions.
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience with Yardi, Rent Café, and CRM software is a plus! Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, is required.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse personalities and provide outstanding service.
  • Organized & Resourceful: Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently.
