The Opportunity

Barvin is seeking a Community Manager to lead one of our apartment communities. This role is responsible for delivering strong operational performance, leasing success, resident satisfaction, team development, and financial results while creating an exceptional experience for residents and prospects.
This role is about more than managing a property. It is about leading a high-performing community that delivers exceptional service, strong occupancy, and a positive living experience for residents. You'll lead a technology-enabled operation that combines high-touch customer service with modern leasing, automation, and AI-driven tools to create a seamless experience for both prospects and residents.
As the leader of the community, you will coach and develop your team, support leasing efforts, drive operational performance, and ensure the community consistently delivers Barvin's standards for service and execution.
The ideal candidate understands how daily operations influence occupancy, resident satisfaction, reputation, team culture, and financial performance. You will play a key role in building a strong team, improving results, and creating an exceptional community experience.
