We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager who knows the ins and outs of plant operations and is passionate about developing people, improving processes, and delivering dependable service.
What You'll Do
As an Operations Manager, you'll be the leader behind the operation, ensuring everything runs safely, efficiently, and in compliance:

  • Oversee daily operations & maintenance of water and wastewater facilities
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, OSHA, DOT, and regulatory standards
  • Conduct site visits, partner with maintenance teams, and keep equipment and systems running at peak performance
  • Manage budgets, equipment, and capital planning for trucks, tools, and infrastructure
  • Track performance, produce reports, and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with leadership and account managers to keep operations aligned and successful

What Makes You a Great Fit
You're likely already a Supervisor or Lead Operator who:

  • Brings hands-on plant experience and leadership ability
  • Holds highest level Louisiana wastewater operator certification (CDL a plus)
  • Understands compliance, reporting, and regulatory requirements
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment where problem-solving and teamwork matter
Your Leadership Style
You're someone who:

  • Balances safety, quality, and efficiency every day
  • Sees the big picture while managing day-to-day operations
  • Is ready to step into a higher-impact leadership role

What to Expect
This is not a desk-only role. You'll stay connected to the field and must be ready to:
  • Lift and move equipment (50-60 lbs)
  • Navigate plant environments, including stairs, ladders, and confined spaces
  • Stay active and engaged across multiple sites

Why Make the Move?
