Our multidisciplinary ACT team provides intensive, community-based services to adults living with chronic and persistent mental illness. As the manager, you will lead a team of passionate professionals committed to helping individuals achieve recovery, build independence, and live successfully in their communities.
What You'll Do:
  • Provide leadership, support, and supervision to a highly collaborative multidisciplinary team.
  • Provide individual counselling and facilitate therapeutic groups.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and person-centered care.
  • Ensure high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health services are delivered in the community.
  • Partner with community agencies and healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care.
  • Support staff development while promoting clinical excellence and program fidelity.
