We're seeking a proven Community Manager (Portfolio) who brings direct HOA/community management experience and can confidently lead a portfolio of associations from day one.

What You'll Do
As a Community Manager, you'll own the full lifecycle of your portfolio and serve as the trusted partner to Boards and homeowners.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Acting as the primary liaison to Boards of Directors and homeowners
  • Leading Board meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring timely follow-up
  • Managing association operations in alignment with governing documents and management agreements
  • Reviewing financials and budgets, providing insight and recommendations
  • Overseeing vendors, contracts, and capital projects
  • Managing compliance, collections, and risk awareness
  • Conducting site inspections and maintaining community standards
  • Coordinating with internal teams, including the Client Shared Service Center
