Duties and Responsibilities: As a Community Manager, you will be fully accountable for all day-to-day property operations, overseeing and enhancing the value of the property. Key duties include, but are not limited to:
  1. Schedule, supervise, and direct the daily activities of all on-site staff.
  2. Ensure fiscal budgetary compliance to approved operation budgets.
  3. Uphold compliance with management company personnel, operations policy and procedures, and company standards.
  4. Implement effective marketing and communications strategies, providing insights to management on community and market issues.
  5. Plan, promote, and execute an effective Resident Retention program.

Qualifications: We are looking for candidates with:
  • Property management experience and a proven track record for successful leasing and renewal rates.
  • LIHTC experience is required.
  • HCCP or similar designation is a plus.
  • Experience with property management software, with Onesite experience being advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
