Monarch Investment & Management Group is now seeking a Apartment Community Bookkeeper at Westminster Apartments & Townhomes in Greenwood, IN.
PAY: $18-$21/ HR + Bonus potential up to $400/ month
SCHEDULE: M-F 8-5PM (permanent full-time position)

Responsibilities Of This Position:
• Assists PM with posting, collecting, tracking and managing delinquency of rental and other income
• Assist PM with processing all invoices generated by the property
• Consistently attempts to collect "Bad Debt" prior to write offs
• Assist PM with evictions related to no rent payments
• Assists PM with property financial operation reporting
Qualifications:
- Accounts payable experience or other relevant experience/training is strongly preferred.
- Must have a demonstrated ability to record receivables, payables, and journal entries as assigned.
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills, attention to detail & initiative.
- Ability to organize & prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Experience with Yardi or other multifamily accounting programs preferred but not required.

- Competitive pay $18-$21 an hour + Bonus potential up to $400/month
