• Work directly with assigned clients, providing therapy in both office and community settings to individuals experiencing significant mental health challenges.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to identify client needs and determine appropriate treatment approaches.
• Create integrated care plans to facilitate access to additional services as required, working closely with clients, families, and other healthcare providers.
• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support while ensuring client safety and well-being.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress while adhering to ethical guidelines and organizational protocols.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborative activities aimed at improving service delivery and enhancing patient outcomes.
• Manage a caseload efficiently, monitoring client progress and adapting treatment approaches as needed.
• Provide on-call support during designated hours, ensuring that clients have access to care when they need it most.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the organization to enhance overall service effectiveness.

The primary focus of this role includes working with individuals from diverse backgrounds who present with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and significant trauma histories. Your efforts will play a crucial role in empowering clients to manage their mental health challenges effectively, fostering resilience, and promoting recovery. Understanding and respecting the diverse cultural backgrounds and personal experiences of our clients is essential in providing effective support.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Must hold a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.
• Expert knowledge and experience in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment methodologies relevant to mental health conditions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve shared objectives.
• Demonstrated competency in engaging with clients of varying ages and socio-cultural backgrounds.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred, with a focus on community health.
• Experience in providing crisis intervention services and managing high-risk situations is highly desirable.
• A successful track record in developing integrated care pathways and knowledge of available community resources.

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
