Are you a passionate Registered Nurse ready to lead and shape the future of community health? LakeWood is seeking a dynamic Community Health Supervisor to oversee and elevate our vital public health programs. This position has a flexible schedule, with no evenings, weekends or holidays. 

What You'll Do:

As our Community Health Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of public health, ensuring seamless service delivery and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading our Public Health department and RHC visiting nurse program.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety in all services.
  • Guiding financial oversight for personnel and supplies.
  • Developing and implementing policies that align with our mission.
  • Ensuring compliance with State Department of Health standards.
  • Fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Overseeing risk management and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Engaging with community partners and developing contracts.
  • Mentoring staff and sharing your expertise.
  • Driving emergency preparedness planning and training.
  • Collaborating on community health needs assessments and strategic planning.
  • Managing the departmental budget.

Job Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing with current licensure in the State of Minnesota (BSN)
  • Certified in Public Health Nursing by the Minnesota Board of Nursing
  • RN Licensure in the State of Minnesota
