Job description

The Tenant Engagement Manager will be responsible for elevating the workplace experience by designing and delivering best-in-class memorable experiences through property specific programming, promotion of the building’s brand personality, curating local vendor partnerships, and cultivating a sense of community at the building(s). This person will serve as an ambassador of the property and represent ownership while reinforcing that our properties are an inspiring workplace where tenants choose to be every day.

The Tenant Engagement Manager is a highly creative and collaborative role that leads the day-to-day tenant engagement of our Atlanta, GA region, developing the strategy for our six Class A assets. This role will report to the Director of Experience and work in close collaboration with on-site Property Management and Asset Management to ensure a consistently elevated experience through the building and all tenant interactions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or Communications
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, client management, event management, marketing, or hospitality preferred
  • Prior experience within the commercial real estate sector or with employee / client engagement preferred
  • Strong computer skills and use of Microsoft Office Suite and Canva
  • Ability to be creative to strategize, prioritize, problem solve and execute to deliver strong results
  • Effective at balancing multiple responsibilities, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and maintaining standards.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage resources and coordinate schedules to ensure smooth operations.
  • Relationship building skills with exceptional customer service approach
  • Self-starter with a focus on proactive action and communication.
  • Physical requirements involve sitting to perform general office work at computer, and mobility throughout the property to facilitate work
  • The position will be responsible for traveling around the Atlanta area to visit properties for event coordination and property management coordination.

Job Responsibilities

Experience, Hospitality & Event Management

  • Strategic development of ongoing calendar of events and activations to improve the tenant experience and engagement at the building. Examples include wellness programs (partnering with our on-site Fitness Center Team), pop up offerings, happy hours, workshops, charity initiatives, philanthropic donations, and traditional social events.
  • Seamless execution that includes vendor negotiations, proposals, onsite logistics (set up and breakdown), and marketing of event to maximize participation and measuring ROI using pre-determined success standards.
  • Capturing program/event feedback and data to maximize the ROI and learnings of all programs and events.
  • Translating experienced inter-personal communication skills to relay a welcoming presence and form relationships with individuals and groups within the building community.
  • Managing, nurturing, and developing a strong rapport with clients with a goal of building relationships, fostering client trust and increasing participation in programs and services.

Marketing & Strategy

  • Oversee the management of a tenant experience app (and building websites) while executing engagement strategies to drive adoption and continued engagement
  • Create compelling marketing materials that engage tenants and drive participation in property events through a mix of informative and visually appealing assets.
  • Promote technology, experiences, and programs with various marketing initiatives to drive tenant engagement and maintain program growth and sustainability.
  • Update content into app ensuring accuracy of details and style guidelines are met
  • Routinely review app for accuracy and minimum content requirements

Operations

  • Ability to develop and continue enhancing positive connections with the tenant population to provide a tailored experience focused on improving building occupants’ wellbeing, productivity, satisfaction, increasing tenant retention rates, company attractiveness and reputation.
  • Willingness to partner with Asset Management and Leasing to provide assistance for leasing tours, new tenant move-ins, and additional requests as needed.
  • Develop and manage a strong relationship with the on-site property management team for partnership and support with day-to-day activities.
  • Project an approachable and professional image in personal appearance, manner, and demeanor. Resolve tenant challenges with professionalism and patience within a timely manner.
