Job description

JOIN OUR TEAM AS A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COMMUNITY LIAISON!

The Business Development Community Liaison implements the philosophy, policy, procedures, systems, and strategic goals set forth by the senior management team while maximizing referral potentials from assigned accounts and developing new business to achieve the goals and objectives of the business development systems.

Your Experience Matters What weโ€™re looking for:

  • Exemplifies our 5 Star Service to clients, team members, referents, and families.
  • Collaborates with local and national leadership team members to identify and cultivate strong community partnerships, elevating the facilityโ€™s presence in the local market.
  • Develop a designated number of qualified business development contacts per week, which will
    achieve the overall business development goals and objectives.
  • Target follow-up meetings with all key referral sources ensure internal and external obstacles to growth and retention are identified, minimized, and/or eliminated.
  • Schedules and conducts tours with referral sources, clients, and families.
  • Communicates various levels of care to potential clients, families, and referral sources.
  • Develop account management list to maintain current account information, and update as
    required.
  • Actively participate with established community relationships in problem solving and works with facility staff to assure issues are resolved during a patients stay and upon discharge.
  • Resolves challenges posed by clients and families ambivalent about committing to necessary and beneficialย  treatment options,
  • Empathically but prescriptively leading callers to the next step of deciding on admission,
  • Determines the clinical and financial viability of potential admissions,
  • ย Offers high customer service and communication to referral sources, clients, and families.
  • ย Partners with admissions decision-makers and stakeholders, including clients, family members, professional referral sources, facility administration, clinical leadership, admitting physicians, and utilization review coordinators.

Education: A Bachelor's Degree in a behavioral health area, marketing, business administration, or related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience: Minimum of two (2) years experience in health care business development/marketing environment with measurable business development results andย knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles preferred.

Licensure: Must have a valid driver's license.

Compensation:
