Marketing Intern
Position Summary
We are seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing Intern to support our marketing and internal communications efforts. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital advertising, campaign coordination, graphic design, employee engagement initiatives, and brand communication. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist with the development and execution of geofencing and digital advertising campaigns
• Support marketing campaigns across social media, email, web, and print platforms
• Create graphics, flyers, presentations, and marketing materials using design software and templates
• Assist with drafting and distributing internal communications and employee announcements
• Coordinate and facilitate employee recognition and rewards communications
• Help maintain brand consistency across marketing and communication materials
• Track and organize campaign metrics and engagement data
• Support event promotion, recruiting marketing efforts, and community outreach initiatives
• Collaborate with team members on creative ideas and campaign planning
• Perform additional administrative and marketing-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar graphic design tools preferred
