Job description

We are currently seeking a Residential Property Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
  • Estimate time and extent of repairs
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance
  • Maintain material and supply inventory

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
  • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Deadline and detail-oriented

The formation was accomplished in accordance with Section 501c (3) of the Internal Revenue Service Code. CHM also does business under the name of Community Housing Management and as such, functions as the non-profit management agent for various properties in Missouri, Iowa, Oklahoma, and Kansas. CHM is an approved management agent with Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC), Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Iowa Finance Authority (IFA), Kansas Housing Resource Corporation (KHRC), and Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency (OHFA).
