Pay or shift range:ย $60,965.00 USD toย $96,447.00 USD.ย 
The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Job Summary

Responsible for the development, maintenance and growth of an individual loan portfolio. Includes interviewing, screening and analyzing loan requests for small commercial, agriculture and consumer loans. Also responsible for approving, documenting and collecting or denying small commercial, agriculture and consumer loans while adhering to all bank policies, procedures and banking regulations. Responsible for all aspects of loans as well as providing solutions and a broad array of lending and deposit products to meet business clientsโ€™ capital needs. Soliciting new profitable business relationships as well as developing and managing existing account relationships. Solely responsible for all aspects of loans assigned to them from safety and soundness and compliance aspects.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
ยท Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process
ยท Explain to customers the different loan and credit products that are available, as well as the terms of those services
ยท Obtain and compile copies of loan applicantsโ€™ credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information
ยท Analyze applicantsโ€™ financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans
ยท Structuring, underwriting, and presenting loan requests in accordance with internal policies and procedures
ยท Approving small commercial, agriculture and consumer loans within assigned limits and managing loan and portfolio credit quality
ยท Review and update credit and loan files
ยท Review loan documents to ensure they are complete and accurate according to policy and prepare and organize loan documents for closing
ยท Maintain and update calling program in effort to attract new business opportunities

Education and Qualifications

Essential:
ยท High school diploma or equivalent
ยท Bachelorโ€™s degree from a four-year university or college; or 2 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
ยท BSA and other Bank related training through BAI is required annually
ยท Overview course provided by MCB

Experience

Essential:
ยท Knowledge of customer service principles
ยท Relevant computer skills

Licenses and Certifications
