About the role?
This role acts as a strategic partner to Sales, Channel and Product teams, translating business priorities into measurable marketing programs that strengthen Zetron’s position as a leader in mission critical communications and control room solutions. Responsibilities include campaign development, content strategy, sales enablement alignment, channel marketing, and event support and integration.

What makes a successful Marketing Communications Manager?

The Marketing Communications Manager will play a key role in the development and execution of marketing strategies by leading integrated campaigns and initiatives that support brand awareness, channel partner engagement and demand generation goals growth across assigned regions and channels. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role requires a marketeer who can independently lead assigned campaigns, content development, and channel partner programs, while operating within the established strategic direction.

As a key member of the team, you must be able to:

Content, Campaigns and Sales Enablement support (Approx. 50%):

  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated campaigns across global and regional markets
  • Develop strategic, high-impact content for campaigns, landing pages, event promotions and sales enablement materials
  • Own campaign budgets, campaign reporting and insight generation to inform future strategy
  • Manage social media efforts, including collaborating with the team for content, drafting posts and developing campaign ideas
  • Collaborate with leadership and MarComm team to maintain the content calendar in alignment with established strategies
  • Collaborate with leadership and MarCom team to own development, maintenance and ongoing management/tracking of marketing assets (including collateral, presentations, sales enablement materials, and digital content) using Canva, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop, ensuring strong brand consistency and message alignment
  • Ensure alignment between marketing activity and pipeline development objectives

Channel Marketing (Approx. 25%):

  • Own and lead channel marketing initiatives, managing budget, driving campaign strategy and execution, developing partner enablement assets, and managing strategic partner relationships
  • Collaborate closely with Sales team channel leadership to identify joint marketing opportunities
  • Own creation and delivery of the Channel Partner newsletter and other monthly partner communications
  • Contribute to ongoing optimization of the Partner Portal experience and content
  • Collaborate closely with the Events Program Manager to plan and execute Partner events

Events support (Approx. 25%):

  • Support the Events Program Manager and event marketing activities, including managing regional event registration, coordinating communications and materials, lead tracking, etc.
  • Ensure event participation aligns with broader campaign and pipeline goals
  • Support the speaker program to enhance thought leadership presence in the industry
  • Track partner-led events and provide support as needed


• Develop a good understanding of the core Zetron solutions to help create messaging and sales enablement tools

• Develop a strong understanding of the Zetron brand and help ensure all materials and communications adhere to those guidelines

• Strong interpersonal skills, including leadership skills, the ability to receive feedback, collaborate constructively with teammates and stakeholders, and not afraid to ask questions

• Ability to lead campaigns and initiatives including planning, development, execution and reporting, as well as the ability to adapt for different audiences and channels

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Demonstrated experience managing marketing budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting on actual spend

• Diligent work ethic, driven to meet goals and deadlines, takes initiative to identify work process improvements, thrives in a fast-paced environment

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: The following list of requirements are considered the minimum levels of education and experience necessary to perform this job successfully. Any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job is acceptable.

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing or a related field

• At least four years of experience and demonstrated success in a marketing role

• At least two years’ experience in a marketing middle management role, with defined responsibilities for leading projects, managing budgets, developing and executing marketing strategy, and reporting on performance against business objectives

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite

• CRM and WordPress experience/proficiency is a plus
