Job Description

The Operations Manager oversees and supports a team of Hose Installation Technicians, ensuring customers get the high level of service delivered by PIRTEK. The role operates within a dynamic, fast-paced Service & Supply Center, playing a pivotal role in customer service and problem-solving to keep equipment running.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure customers receive the highest quality of service at the hose counter
  • Oversee materials and inventory management
  • Lead, motivate and support Mobile Sales and Service Technicians
Qualifications
  • Experience in a supervisory role
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong computer skills
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Good communication skills
Compensation

Competitive salary ranging from $50,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year.
