Ready to Hang Up the Scrubs?
Become a Medical Case Manager – No Prior Workers' Comp Experience Required
MUST RESIDE IN THE SF BAY AREA

Are you craving a more supportive, less stressful, patient-centered work environment—one where doing the right thing truly matters? What if your next job allowed you to work from your home office and still make a meaningful impact every day?
Choices Case Management is offering a rare opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse ready to transition from traditional clinical settings into the specialized field of Workers’ Compensation Medical Case Management.
This is a training position designed for RNs without prior workers’ comp experience. The role is field-based from your home office and includes local travel to medical provider offices.
Why This Role?
Our Medical Case Management Training Program equips dedicated RNs with the knowledge, tools, and mentorship needed to launch a successful career in workers’ comp case management—focusing more on care coordination and less on bureaucracy. You’ll enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule, no bedside care, and no weekends or holidays.
About CHOICES:
We are a nurse-founded, nurse-owned, and nurse-managed company with a mission to support RNs in delivering high-quality, ethical medical case management. We:
  • Emphasize nurse autonomy, support, and professional integrity
  • Offer the stability of a long-established company with a tight-knit, family-oriented team culture
  • Provide big-company benefits in a boutique setting
  • Foster a culture where employee satisfaction and work-life balance are top priorities
What We’re Looking For:
  • California Licensed RN
  • Strong clinical experience and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • Willingness to travel locally to provider appointments (approx. 60%)
  • A desire to grow into a long-term professional case management career
What You’ll Receive:
  • Full benefits package
  • Competitive starting salary plus bonus potential
  • Extensive training and mentorship
  • The flexibility of working from home while serving your local community
If you’re a seasoned RN feeling overworked and underappreciated, and ready to get back to the heart of nursing in a non-bedside role—let’s start the conversation. Send us your resume today and discover the CHOICES difference.
