Digital Communications Specialist

The Opportunity
We're looking for a digital-first storyteller who thrives at the intersection of content, social media, and creative execution. If you're someone who sees a blank feed as an opportunity-not a task list-this role is for you.
You'll take the lead on shaping and executing digital communications across channels, helping us connect, engage, and grow through smart, compelling content. This is a hands-on role where ideas turn into real campaigns-and quickly.
What You'll Do
  • Own and execute our social media presence and campaigns
  • Create engaging digital content (written, visual, and multimedia) that tells our story
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to bring ideas to life
  • Translate concepts into content that performs-across platforms and audiences
  • Keep a pulse on trends and continuously evolve our digital voice
  • Support video and multimedia efforts (you don't need to be an expert-we'll help you grow here)
  • Track performance and refine campaigns to drive results

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
  • A background in digital communications, marketing, PR, journalism, or similar
  • Experience managing social media and digital campaigns
  • A strong eye for content-what works, what doesn't, and why
  • Comfort creating across formats: copy, graphics, short-form content
  • Experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite (or similar)
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects without losing creativity or momentum
