Job description

Who we are:
Nitra's mission is to build a more efficient healthcare system and the technology that makes it possible.  Our goal is to provide an ecosystem of fintech and software solutions that help doctors better manage their practices, so they can have time back to focus on what matters to them most.

We operate with urgency, intensity, and ambition. The bar is high because the opportunity is massive. We expect excellence, ownership, and intellectual rigor from every team member. We move fast, make bold decisions, and hold ourselves accountable to results. At the same time, we believe great companies are built on trust and respect. Every voice matters. Every contribution counts. When we win, we win together.

We are scaling rapidly and on a clear trajectory toward becoming a unicorn this year - and beyond. Our growth is not accidental; it's the result of disciplined execution, relentless focus, and a team that refuses to settle. We are building a category-defining company, and we're looking for people who want to do the most meaningful work of their careers.

If you want comfort, this isn't the place.
If you want impact, ownership, and the chance to help build a generational fintech company, welcome.

Nitra was created by unicorn founders who have successfully scaled to thousands of customers and exited $1B+ public offerings. They are joined by an ambitious and experienced team from American Express, Citi, PayPal, Capsule, Plaid, Bloomberg, Meta, Facebook, and Mastercard. The team is backed by some of the world's leading VCs (Andreessen Horowitz, NEA, etc.) and is supported by an expert group of advisors including the cofounders of Square and Xendit, executives from Intuit, former Governors, White House senior staffers, and a co-founder of CityMD.

Nitra maintains a hybrid work policy, with team members working from the office four days per week and Wednesdays designated as a work-from-home day.

About the Role: The Senior Communications Manager will play a critical role in shaping and executing public- and investor-facing narratives for Inauguration Group's affiliate companies, including Nitra (an AI-native healthcare OS provider) and Jericho Security (an AI-native cybersecurity platform). This role will elevate company and founder visibility at key moments, such as fundraising, product launches, and major milestones, through strategic, timely, and high-impact communications execution.
You will work closely with founders, CEOs, and executive leadership to support funding announcements, media engagement, thought leadership, and founder communications, while embedding best-in-class communications practices across the organization. The role requires strong judgment around timing, framing, and reputational risk, particularly as the companies approach greater scale and public scrutiny.
The Senior Communications Manager will report into the Chief of Staff to the Chairman, within the Office of the Chairman, and will collaborate daily with leadership teams across Nitra and Jericho Security. In this position, you will play an active role in executing PR and narrative initiatives aligned with our core focus areas, including fintech, healthcare, cybersecurity, and AI-driven technology.

Nitra maintains a hybrid work policy, with team members working from the office four days per week and Wednesdays designated as a work-from-home day.
Key Responsibilities
  • Execute a disciplined and high-impact cadence of capital raising, product, and milestone announcements across Nitra and Jericho Security, optimizing timing and news cycles to maximize investor and media impact.
  • Work directly on communications related to fundraising and investor-facing announcements, including engagement with financial and investment-focused publications, to support valuation, credibility, and market positioning.
  • Working closely with the Chief of Staff to the Chairman (Office of the Chairman) and leadership at Nitra and Jericho Security, support the development and production of editorial content, including founder thought leadership, long-form interviews, and owned-channel content, to elevate brand awareness and narrative clarity.
  • Set direction on pitch strategy, messaging, and media outreach, while coordinating closely with founders, executives, and internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and readiness at key moments.
  • Build, maintain, and leverage strong relationships with top-tier technology, business, and investment media outlets, as well as influential non-traditional platforms (podcasts, newsletters, long-form digital media).
  • Through portfolio company (Nitra, Jericho Security) communications initiatives, reinforce Inauguration's point of view, differentiation, and long-term thesis in the market, driving stronger brand association, increased quality deal flow, and deeper LP engagement.
  • Continuously evolve and oversee communications processes to ensure Nitra and Jericho Security can scale the volume and complexity of announcements without sacrificing narrative quality, strategic depth, or reputational rigor.
Qualifications:
  • The ideal candidate has strong familiarity with the technology and venture capital landscape, along with established relationships across top-tier business, technology, and investor-focused financial media, as well as relevant event organizers and influential platforms.
  • Direct experience leading communications for capital raising, product releases, and investor-related announcements at high-growth technology companies, or within a PR agency focused on startup and venture-backed clients, is required. Journalism experience or demonstrated excellence in writing and editorial judgment is strongly preferred.
  • This individual is energized by Inauguration's positioning and the opportunity to shape how its companies and founders are perceived at critical moments of scale. They are strategic, resourceful, and results-oriented, with the ability to activate existing relationships to drive brand awareness and narrative clarity.
What we offer:
  • Equity - Everyone at Nitra is an owner. When the company wins, you win.
  • Competitive Salary - You're the best of the best, and your salary will reflect your experience and reward your contributions to Nitra.
  • Health Care - Your health comes first. We offer comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance options.
  • Retirement Benefits - Your financial stability matters to us so we provide a generous employer 401K match.
  • Nitra maintains a hybrid work policy, with team members working from the office four days per week and Wednesdays designated as a work-from-home day.
The base salary range for this full-time position is $175k + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
