About the role

Based in our Greenville office, you'll be responsible for leading and delivering targeted marketing, press and events activity to reach US customers and internal teams. Working closely with the Communications Coordinator (US) and the global Communications team, you'll plan, deliver and evaluate communications projects for maximum impact.

  • Deliver the US Commercial Communications strategy, working with distribution and media partners to ensure clear and accurate customer messaging.
  • Lead the US Commercial Communications calendar, covering product launches, print and digital marketing, PR, social media, video, live and online events and internal communications.
  • Manage communications activity across the full project lifecycle, including planning, delivery and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with the global Communications team to ensure creative work reflects the voice of the US customer.
  • Work closely with Sales, Training, Product and Support teams to prioritise activity and align communications with business objectives.
  • Manage, lead and support the US Communications team, providing day-to-day guidance, coaching, and performance support to enable effective team delivery and development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with installers, integrators, distribution partners, press and media.
  • Create and distribute press releases and supporting content, managing reputation and identifying PR and award opportunities.
  • Oversee US website content to ensure accuracy, relevance and a strong user experience.
  • Produce regular ROI reports and campaign updates, sharing insights and recommendations with stakeholders.
  • Support internal communications activity and promote Paxton's culture and values.
