People Business Partners are strategic members of Apple's team who embody our culture and core values and can champion large, non-exempt, support group teams. You will deliver a full spectrum of both strategic and tactical HR support and programs to the organization from educating clients on compensation practices, labor and employee relations, performance management, career development to advising on various management issues. In this role, you will closely partner with business leaders to align on the People strategy.
7+ years of proven performance as a strategic HR Business Partner
