Entry-Level Communications Representative

📍 Location: South Jordan, UT

📅 Duration: 12-Month Contract

💲 Pay: $21–$23/hour

🏢 Work Arrangement: Hybrid

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing professional and friendly support
  • Respond to inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Assist with resolving customer concerns while delivering a positive customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective communication
  • Support administrative and customer engagement initiatives as needed

Ideal Candidate:
